イタリア人が愛するお酒 ”ワイン”！昨日のニュースでやっておりましたが
ワイン離れが激しいといわれる昨今ではありますが
この不景気でも高級ワインは相変わらずの人気だそうです。
ビール人気も高いですが
日本人のようにレストランに入って
”とりあえずビール！”
という人はおりません。
夕食のお供は絶対ワイン！
海外で有名なイタリアワインの名前を知らないイタリア人は多いですが
美食家でなくとも地域や、ぶどうの種類はしっかりと押さえてます。
そんな国で育ったワイン好きは
ちょっと生活の余裕が出ると。。。
自分でワイン作っちゃうんです＊
それができるのも、
ワインというのがイタリア中で作られているから。
南北に長い国ですが
暖かい地方でも、寒い地方でも
それぞれの土地の特性を生かしたワインが作られてます。
という事は、ふっと思いついた時に
意外に近所で作れちゃうんです。
先日、お仕事でスタイリストさんに出会いました。
楽しい方で、お仕事の話を脱線し
気づくとワイン談義に。
そして出て来たのが
じゃじゃ〜ん
エチケットだけじゃないんですよ！
ぶどうから作って、
樽入れもして、
自分でつくちゃったんだそうです＊
大人の遊びですよね〜
忙しいと
少ない時間で、なんとか遊ぼうと
休みの日になぜかあくせくしてしまいがちですが
こうやって一年かけて遊び、
それをまた１年、１年と続けていくうちに
更に面白みも広がり。。。
いつか作ってみたい
