カート充実の秋
春と秋の存在感がかなり薄いイタリアではありますがとりあえず、今現在秋模様のイタリアです。
（なぜか、すぐ終わってしまいます。。。）
気を抜くと一瞬で冬になってしまうので
気を抜かずに秋を満喫しよう！と言う、
”遊びなくして人生なし”なイタリアンライフに
なんとかついていこうとしている友人達と
ベローナに遊びにいって来ました＊
（といっても、ちょこっと仕事があったので。。。）
日帰りで、友人のワイナリーにお邪魔しました。
収穫時期という一年で一番忙しいこの時期に！
忙しい中、ワイナリーという物を見たことがない友人のために
ワイナリー見学！（本当にありがたいことです＊＊＊）
これなんだか分かりますか？
実は。。。
一つ一つ、ぶどうを手でネットに掛けて
干しているのです。
そして。。。
ここで寝かされるのです。
ここでは、アマローネというワインを作っています。
イタリアでは、高級ワインの一つとしてとても有名。
こうやって、作っているところを見ると、
”あ〜だからお値段高いのね〜”
”っていうか、今度飲む時はもっと味わわなきゃね〜”
と、確認し合っちゃいました。
瓶に入ってたり、箱に入ってたりすると
ついつい、作り手のことを忘れがちですが
作り手がない商品はない、と思うと
日々に感動が生まれたりしちゃいました＊
頭が真っ白になるくらい浮かれた夏が終わり
秋が始まりました。（短いけど、）
ちょっと、今年は充実の秋を狙ってこうかな〜
なんて、思ってます。
